Security Statement

Flight packages can be commercially sensitive. These are the controls that protect them.

1. In transit

Traffic between the app and gateway is encrypted using TLS.

2. On your device

Your sign-in session is held in SecureStore, backed by the iOS Keychain and the Android Keystore, never in plain app storage.

3. Data storage & isolation

Crew requests are authenticated with your sign-in token and the gateway serves each account only its own uploaded package. Cloud database storage is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers.

4. Voice

Voice audio is streamed in memory for the live session only. Zero audio is written to disk, on the device or on our servers.
